Last updated: 6 July 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n This document governs the procedure for submitting and resolving complaints, the right to withdraw from a contract and the refund process for services ordered and paid for through the website posao24.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The website charges for the administrative processing of applications and the preparation of supporting documentation. No physical goods are sold or delivered.<\/p>\n FULLFRUIT DOO<\/strong> A user may submit a complaint if they believe that:<\/p>\n A complaint may be submitted electronically to:<\/p>\n office@posao24.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n or in writing to the registered office of FULLFRUIT DOO.<\/p>\n To enable faster verification, the complaint should contain:<\/p>\n FULLFRUIT will promptly confirm receipt of the complaint electronically and provide the user with the number under which the complaint has been registered.<\/p>\n We will respond to a complaint in writing or electronically no later than eight days from the date on which it was received.<\/p>\n The response will state whether the complaint has been accepted, provide the reasons for the decision and, where the complaint is accepted, propose the method and time frame for resolving it.<\/p>\n An accepted complaint will be resolved no later than 15 days from the date on which it was submitted, except where objective circumstances require a longer period and the user has been informed and has agreed to the extension.<\/p>\n Where documentation contains an error caused by FULLFRUIT, the error will be corrected at no additional charge.<\/p>\n Before submitting an application, the user is required to verify the accuracy of the information entered. FULLFRUIT is not responsible for errors directly resulting from:<\/p>\n Subsequent amendments that are not required due to an error made by FULLFRUIT may constitute an additional service.<\/p>\n A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract for the provision of services without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which the contract was concluded.<\/p>\n A notice of withdrawal may be sent to:<\/p>\n office@posao24.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n The notice is considered timely if it is sent before the expiry of the 14-day period.<\/p>\n When placing an order, the user may expressly request that the processing of the application and preparation of the documentation begin immediately after successful payment has been recorded and before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.<\/p>\n If the user withdraws after performance of the service has begun but before it has been fully completed, FULLFRUIT may retain a proportionate amount corresponding to the part of the service performed before the notice of withdrawal was received.<\/p>\n Where the service has been fully performed following the user\u2019s prior express request and confirmation that they understand that they will lose the right to withdraw once the service has been fully performed, the right to withdraw ceases.<\/p>\n The paid service relates to the administrative processing of an application and the preparation of documentation.<\/p>\n Payment for the service does not constitute a guarantee of:<\/p>\n An unfavourable decision by an employer, bank, diplomatic or consular mission, or another competent authority does not in itself constitute a defect in the administrative service provided and does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.<\/p>\n A refund may be approved particularly where:<\/p>\n Where a refund is due, the funds will be returned without undue delay and, in the event of withdrawal from the contract, no later than 14 days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal was received.<\/p>\n Payment for services on posao24.com is made exclusively by payment card.<\/p>\n Where a refund is approved for a transaction paid by card, FULLFRUIT will submit a request to the bank for the approved amount to be returned through the card payment system to the card used for the original payment.<\/p>\n Refunds will not be made in cash or transferred to another account belonging to the user, unless expressly permitted by applicable regulations and payment-system rules.<\/p>\n Refunds are generally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the consumer agrees to another method and does not incur any additional costs as a result.<\/p>\n The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the user\u2019s account may depend on the bank that issued the payment card.<\/p>\n If the card transaction is not approved or the user cancels it before completion:<\/p>\n If the user believes that the card has nevertheless been charged, they should send us the order number and proof of the charge so that the matter can be verified with the bank.<\/p>\n Information provided in connection with a complaint, withdrawal or refund is used solely to verify the request, communicate with the user, process the refund and comply with legal obligations.<\/p>\n Further information about personal data processing is provided in the Privacy Policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n If the user is not satisfied with the response to a complaint, they may attempt to resolve the consumer dispute through an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a competent body.<\/p>\n The procedure may be initiated only after a complaint has first been submitted to the trader.\n\nInformation, the relevant form and a list of competent dispute resolution bodies are available through the official platform of the competent ministry.<\/p>\n FULLFRUIT will participate in an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure where required by applicable law.<\/p>\n The user may submit a notice in the following form:<\/p>\n NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n I hereby notify FULLFRUIT DOO that I am withdrawing from the contract for the provision of services concluded through the website posao24.com.<\/p>\n Full name:<\/strong><\/p>\n Address:<\/strong><\/p>\n Email address:<\/strong><\/p>\n Order number:<\/strong><\/p>\n Date of order and payment:<\/strong><\/p>\n Name of service:<\/strong> Date of submission of this notice:<\/strong><\/p>\n Consumer\u2019s signature, only if this form is submitted in paper form:<\/strong>only if this form is submitted in paper form:<\/p>\n The notice may be sent electronically to office@posao24.com<\/a><\/strong> or by post to the registered address of FULLFRUIT DOO.<\/p>\n For complaints, withdrawal requests, refunds and transaction status enquiries:<\/p>\n1.
