3.2. Data from the “Do you need workers?” form

When an employer or its authorized representative submits an inquiry, we may collect:

  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • company name;
  • position in the company;
  • type of service the employer is interested in;
  • number and profile of required workers;
  • place of work;
  • other information provided in the message.

3.3. Data from the candidate application

Depending on the type of application and whether the candidate requires a D visa, we may collect:

  • information on whether the candidate is a foreign citizen;
  • information on whether a D visa is required;
  • first and last name;
  • email address and phone number;
  • date and place of birth;
  • citizenship;
  • address of residence or temporary stay;
  • passport number;
  • data on the authority and place of passport issuance;
  • passport issue date and expiry date;
  • occupation or profession;
  • candidate photograph;
  • photograph or scanned copy of the first page of the passport;
  • photograph or scanned copy of the diploma;
  • other data necessary for the preparation of documentation and the employment procedure.

During further application processing, additional administrative data may also be recorded, such as the place of work, period of stay, accommodation details, contact person, terms of engagement, and documents required for proceedings before the competent authorities.

Please do not provide us with data that is not necessary for the specific application or service.

3.4. Order and payment data

When you order a service through the website, we may process:

  • name and price of the service;

4. PAYMENT BY PAYMENT CARDS

Payment for the service on the website exclusively using payment cardsthrough the secure Banca Intesa online payment system.

Payment card data is entered directly on the secure page of the bank.

FULLFRUIT does not receive or store:

  • the CVC/CVV security code;
  • PIN;
  • card expiry date in a form that would enable the use of the card;
  • other confidential payment card authentication data.

From the bank, we receive only the data necessary to determine the transaction result, such as the order number, amount, transaction status, authorization code, and transaction reference number.

The bank and card organizations process payment data in accordance with their own rules, legal obligations, and security standards.

5. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

We process data for the purpose of:

  • processing employer inquiries;
  • recording and processing candidate applications;
  • assessing the possibility of candidate engagement and employment;

Data on orders, payments, and issued accounting documents is retained within the periods prescribed by tax and accounting regulations.

After the appropriate period has expired, the data is deleted, anonymized, or access to it is permanently restricted.
